First day of my vacation in my country (vietnam)

I took a flight back to Vietnam for my 3weeks vacation in 21/01/2011
My parents pick me up at the airport, and took me home by taxi, it cost us 260kVND (about 13S$) for taxi fee.

Now my dad move to work in District 7, so he rents a house in NhaBe, the house is quite nice and big, but for 2 people is kinda waste, but the biggest problem is it's really really too far from the center of Hochiminh City, I and my brother/sister told my father to move near the place where he works, but he didn't listen.

So my mom have to go to HCM with him every two weeks.

The house is big, but somehow it makes me feel so lonely there, the air isn't perfect as well, there's mosquitoes and the wind is so damn strong

The building is so huge, but it's not what I care since it's too not convenient to stay there. I advised my dad to buy a car since riding a motorcycle is way too dangerous (and that's what he does everyday).

I took a good sleep that night. The next day we took taxi back to Vungtau which is my hometown, yeah this time taxi cost us 1.2M VND (about 75$), which is crazy. At first I thought it's for my convenience but there's one more reason for us to take taxi lah ....

I didn't see much things change in Hochiminh city, still a lot of motorcycle, everyday normal people breathes the highly polluted air, stuck in traffic jam, and it just keeps going on and on ....
