my Lunar New Year vacation

Back then I said that I'm gonna write my experience when I'm back in Vietnam, but then I forget

When I come back to Vietnam that time, everything just feels so nostalgic.
I see my life back then, I see the stress as I got everyday there,
when I ride my motorcycle, I just feel every tired, stressful moment, and suddenly I spit out some slang words that I used to do before coming to Singapore.

I thought when I come to Singapore, I become nicer and calmer, I always say thank you, I notice every detail, I try to help people if they asked me. But when coming back there my aggressiveness returns ....

Because I stay with my dad, so I have to ride him to his office every morning,
When I have my time, I always put it away, then taking bus and/or taxi

Buses in Vietnam is still terrible, but the ticket fee is very cheap, and you only need to pay a fixed amount.
Taxi in Vietnam is worse, every time I take a cab there, they always drive me around in order to get more money from me, and comparing to Singapore, the price is just a bit lower
The ferry from Hochiminh to Vungtau is completely insane, it's even expensive as the air ticket I pay to fly from Singapore to Kuala Lumper,  the quality has no improvement.

I visited some places that I used to be alone during the time there.

1. Arch Cafe'

Nothing change there.
The interior is just same as before

The bookshelves with some books in there

The light is weak, but warm

I always feel so calm there

The waitress back then aren't there anymore (yes I know they just work part-time)

The price is unchanged which is very nice

There's only a TV there showing StarMovie or Cinemax or HBO channel.

I really like the bulb light there (not sure if I call it correctly)

• NowZone and CoffeeBean

I didn't take many pictures there, and in Coffee Bean they even don't allow taking photo, god -.-

The left shop in the photo is Pizza Hut, I used to eat a lot there, but now I really have no appetite for Pizza.
I just walk around to wait for my friend.
Nothing interesting, it's just feel so boring, I see a lot of rich kids, they come to Coffee Bean by taxi and pay the overprice coffee without hesitation.
For me, I see the price is so expensive, it can even be in pair with StarBucks in Singapore.
Looking out of the glass in Coffee Bean shop, I see poor people cleaning the corridor, I feel it's just so wrong
The Government keeps saying protect the poor but what is it?In Singapore, even the worker can easily buy iPhone4 ... what's wrong with Vietnam anyway?

Nothing change particularly, the right building is the place I went to once for wedding of some unknown people ...

I told you, I love going to wedding party.

Yes, this place is the place my dad ask me to go for lunch with him, there's a cheap buffer there with some traditional food.

The place is quite ok, the price is 80k/persion
It's not expensive, the food is just average
But who care, since I just eat vegetables.

The mall is revamped, I think they try to mimic shopping mall in Singapore, so they have Food Course (they call it Food Town)

Beside the buffer stall, very few customer there, I think the other shops're gonna shut down soon.

After having lunch, my dad finds a place to get a nap
I walk around there, but again nothing interesting.
Very few people there
