I decided to add a new category called "rant" for me to add the things I have in mind, yup sth when I'm walking, I think of a lot of things, something funny, something not, some thought I think about something ...
Well, what is it about this time, for the last few days, I've been thinking about the foreign languages, English and Chinese for particular ... I think ppl was right when said that learining a new language brings you new knowledge ... I did like English very much, sometimes I was thinking why it seems better than Vietnamese (for me only), of course Vietnamese is my mother tongue so I should like it, but the point is that it makes me feel really uncomfortable when communicating with older/younger friends cause you cannot just say "you" and "I" like in English and somehow when you talk to someone you need to know his/her age in order to speak properly ... On contrary, English is so easy, you just no need to know ppl age, and that's really cool, when I come to Singapore I did make quite some friends (all Chinese) and I just figure out how easy it is for me, unlike in Vietnam, I have very few friends ...
Shjt, the topic is quite difficult for me to write ... Uhm, but guess I will continue anyway, recently (only 2days) I decided to be serious in learining (by myself) Chinese, cause somehow I don't know why Chinese ppl are very united, they always stick together and they seem to have lot of fun regardless to the age difference ... And I figure out that Chinese is kinda similar to English, "I" and "you" become "wo" and "ni", kinda funny right ... So it's fun but the writing is really so difficult, how the hell chinese ppl can remember over 3000 different words !!!
But whatever, my target is just to reach intermediate Chinese speaking level, so that I can order in Chinesse restaurant and lightly communicate with my Chinese friend when they're unable to understand my English ...
Just that's it for the first rant, today I lot 1 dollar in the vending machine, f**k it, give back me 1 dollar ...
Regards then :D,
jose
